Who We Are

Catlin Construction is a trusted, family-owned construction company built on generations of experience, craftsmanship, and a genuine passion for building quality homes.

Our story began with David Catlin, who grew up learning the construction trade working alongside his father completing roofing and siding projects in addition to building churches. Over the years, David’s passion for building grew into a full-service construction company. Today, his son Jeffrey continues that legacy.

We take pride in creating homes that are thoughtfully designed, beautifully crafted and built to stand the test of time. As a family-owned and operated business, we value the relationships we build with our clients just as much as the homes we build for them.
